Instruction for Authors
Abstract: Submission of abstracts is done via a single channel: E-mail.
- Grab the abstract template here. (Or you can download it from Downloads page.)
- Save your abstract as PDF and send the file to us at namls10th@gmail.com
- When notified of acceptance, please pay registration fee and book accommodation.
Full paper: The selected papers will be published in the Journal of Nuclear and Radiochemistry. The general guidelines are (This is preliminary. We will send the finalized guidelines to authors via e-mail.):
- 12 pages maximum (including References list).
- NAMLS-10 manuscript preparation instruction is available from Downloads page ("Manuscript Instructions").
- For reference, the JNRC manuscript formatting is described here (view "Instructions for Authors").
- Acceptable format is Office .doc only. Name the file after your abstract code; for example, AGO40.doc or NUP99.doc.
- Please bring full paper (file on USB memory stick + one (1) hard copy) to the registration desk when you check in.
- We recommend that you e-mail the file of the full paper to us in advance at namls10th@gmail.com
Oral presentation: Total time 20 min ( 15 min presentation + 5 min questions & answers). Please bring your presentation file in powerpoint or PDF format.
Poster presentation: maximum size is 80cm (width) x 120cm (height), or 31 inch x 47 inch. Please bring your printed poster to be posted Wed/Thu.
Sessions: Will be assigned by the committee.
We strongly encourage you to complete payment online in advance. On-site credit card payment is available on Mon 16 Jan 2012 only. On other days, payment must be made in cash ($600 full or $150 accompanying person, US Dollars only).
On Sunday 15 Jan 2012, registration time is 16:00-17:15. Reception begins at 17:30.
